CNC milling
We manufacture complex components for your project on our 4- and 5-axis milling centers. CAD/CAM-supported processes ensure maximum precision, repeat accuracy and efficient workflows. Whether prototype, individual part or small series – we mill flexibly and on schedule according to your requirements.

CNC turning
We manufacture precision turned parts on modern CNC turning centers. Thanks to consistent CAD/CAM processes, we achieve maximum dimensional accuracy and repeatability. We can also reliably produce very complex geometries and special dimensions on request.

Additional procedure
We supplement our production portfolio with precise surface grinding and high-precision eroding. Our additional processes enable technical solutions where conventional machining reaches its limits. State-of-the-art 4- and 5-axis systems are available for wire eroding and die sinking.

Quality assurance
Our quality assurance is not only based on state-of-the-art measurement technology, but also on clean and reliable processes.
The use of a coordinate measuring machine in an air-conditioned measuring room and a high-precision 3D scanning system guarantee the exact inspection and documentation of every single component. In this way, we ensure that each of these parts corresponds exactly to the agreed requirements – documented and reproducible.

Assembly
At the request of our customers and as part of our strategic development, we have expanded our service portfolio to include mechanical assembly.
We have modern production areas and extensive operating resources at our disposal. Our experienced team of skilled workers will implement your requirements reliably and to the usual high quality. At the end of each installation, a careful final inspection is carried out and recorded.
Whether prototypes, individual assemblies or small batches – we take care of the entire production process for you, including assembly.
